702pub reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bets will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned after verification, minus any applicable processing fees. 702pub will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in the investigation of underage gambling.

3.1 Registration Requirements

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the 702pub account registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile phone number, and a functional email address. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one (1) active 702pub account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 702pub reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.

3.3 KYC Verification

702pub operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You will be required to submit government-issued identification documents before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Accepted Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, and Voter's ID.

3.4 Account Suspension for Inaccurate Information

702pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the information provided at registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. In such cases, account balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 702pub login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person, and you must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You must notify 702pub support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account, any suspected breach of account security, or any loss or theft of your login credentials. 702pub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurs before such notification is received, where that access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

702pub accepts deposits via the following Philippine-domestic payment methods, among others: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) having been completed successfully. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on business days are generally processed the same day. Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PST or on Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5.3 Source of Funds

5.4 Currency

The primary account currency for 702pub is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation. 702pub reserves the right to adjust conversion rates in line with market conditions.

By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms, which include but are not limited to the following general provisions:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 702pub platform solely for your personal gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or publicly display any 702pub content without prior written authorization.

Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. 702pub will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

702pub's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, regardless of the form, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 702pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Amendments

702pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email notification or prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 702pub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 702pub Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 702pub with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
